These are certainly challenging times and the landscape seems to shift and change on a daily basis.

As we all continue to make our way through this situation, I want to make sure that you are all aware of a few things.

  1. We are here for you and remain ready to help!!!
    A large part of our team continues to work remotely to seamlessly serve your needs.  We continue to receive and fulfill orders on a daily basis while keeping our operations team safe through strict adherence to appropriate protocols. 

    As the various states begin to ease restrictions, we will begin a phased approach to reopening our showrooms.  We are undertaking many precautions in the process in order to keep you and our employees safe as we open our doors once again to support you.  We will relay specific showroom status updates by market territory to keep you informed.  Always feel free to contact your showroom as well for additional information and support. 

  1. We are financially strong.
    I have heard some questions or concerns about the ongoing viability of some suppliers in our industry.  While this may be a concern for some companies, let me assure you that Pindler continues to operate on a solid financial foundation.  Pindler has been a successful family owned and operated business for over 73 years.  Pindler is a well-capitalized, conservatively run business which allows us the ability to stay focused on you, our customer even in difficult times.  Rest assured, your deposits are safe and orders are being fulfilled as soon as our sources are able to safely do so.
